Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED, technical or trade school courses are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enjoy fast-paced retail environments and strong listening skills.
• Empathy for customers and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive store interactions.
• Engage customers with a friendly, energetic approach in a fast-paced setting.
• Welcome customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
