Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information.
• Pull and fill orders from stock; notify when out-of-stock items.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources as needed.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenish inventory daily.
• Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Receive payment from retail customers; ensure signed invoices.
