NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Store Counter Sales associate in Houston. You will be the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts and providing excellent service in person and over the phone.

Bring your automotive parts knowledge to assist customers, support team members, and deliver a positive consumer experience in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive interactions in-store.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming experience in the store.
• Utilize technology (computer, cash register, phone, and paper catalog) for transactions and inquiries.
