NAPA in Green Bay, WI is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Associate to assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts at the counter and over the phone. You’ll use your parts knowledge and a computer/POS system to provide accurate solutions and a positive experience.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Love fast paced retail environments.
Background in automotive parts or willingness to learn all things auto parts.

Responsibilities

Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone.
Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members answer questions for customers.
Providing outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our NAPA Store.
Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores.
Use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and catalog system.
