Your Role: Auto Parts Counter Professional

You will report to the Store Manager and be central to our inside sales activities. Your focus will be on building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  2. Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  3. Interact courteously and professionally with customers.
  4. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Locate hard-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors for the best deals.
  6. Provide accurate quotes and follow up on orders.
  7. Track sales, promote specials, and assist colleagues.
  8. Fulfill orders for various clients including installers, fleets, municipalities, and dealerships.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned and promote workplace safety.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3 years in counter sales, preferably in wholesale auto parts in the aftermarket industry.
  2. Exceptional phone skills with a positive, attentive tone.
  3. An existing customer base is a plus.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Passion for customer service and exceeding sales goals.
  6. Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  7. General automotive knowledge preferred.
  8. Results-oriented, proactive, and growth-focused.
  9. Experience with POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  11. Multilingual skills in Spanish and/or Chinese are a plus.
  12. Ability to work independently and proactively.
  13. Outgoing, assertive, and positive personality with a can-do attitude.

Compensation:

Starting at USD $17.50/hour.
