Insurance Sales Professional / Personal Lines Ports O’ Call Insurance Services, a member of Coastal Insurance Group, Inc., is a Captive Agent for Allstate based in Southern California.

We are one of Southern California’s Premier Allstate Agencies (top 10% in the USA) serving all California counties, and we are expanding. We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Sales Professional for an immediate position to sell personal lines insurance.

Our agency focuses on our sales producers' success by providing high intent auto leads to start the sales journey. Producers are expected to convert these leads into bundled customers.

Currently, a minimum sales producer should earn at least $50,000 per year. If this is acceptable, please apply. We are looking for sales producers motivated to earn $70,000 or more annually.

Requirements:

1. Must have a Property & Casualty License.
2. Work remotely during our hours of operation: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm PST.
3. Strong computer and organizational skills are essential.
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be self-motivated, and meet attainable goals.
5. Ability to add new business through our marketing programs and explain our referral program to customers and prospects.

Benefits and Compensation:

1. Hourly pay plus commission and potential for agency bonuses. Annual income depends on production, effort, and experience. Health, Dental, & Vision insurance are available after a 90-day probation period.
2. 401(k) plan available after 90 days with company match.
3. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm PST, with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
