Factory Motor Parts Co is seeking an Auto Parts Professional to help customers over the phone, identify parts, and sell automotive parts. You will look up parts in our catalogs, process orders with accuracy, and advise on parts to meet customer needs.

The role requires experience with automotive parts and strong communication skills. We offer a range of benefits and emphasize knowledge of mechanics, warranties, and promotions.

Qualificações

• 3 years experience with automotive parts, preferably retail.
• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to look up parts in cataloging systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ASE certification and mechanics background are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone calls to identify customer needs and sell parts.
• Look up auto parts in our catalogs and process orders accurately.
• Troubleshoot and recommend parts to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge on parts, warranties, and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
