Best Chevrolet in Kenner, LA is seeking an experienced Front Parts Counterperson to assist customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts. You will look up parts, handle inquiries, and process orders in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key requirements include parts knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior CDK or dealer systems experience is a plus, with company-paid benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CDK or other dealership parts software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts.
• Answer parts inquiries in person and by phone.
• Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems.
• Prepare parts orders and accurately process invoices.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organizing parts.
• Communicate with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers.
• Follow up on special orders and customer requests.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
