Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid California driver license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy are essential.
• Experience withTekion DMS or GM EPC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers professionally.
• Identify OEM Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick parts using VIN lookup.
• Answer calls with pricing, availability, and technical information.
• Recommend related parts to maximize sales and satisfaction.
• Supply technicians with the correct parts quickly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate invoices, repair orders, and transactions.
