Job summary

Group 1 Chevrolet Spring is growing and we are seeking a qualified Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team. You will operate the Retail Parts Store and support Service and Collision Parts Departments, helping customers identify and purchase automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities include processing parts orders and coordinating with Service Advisors to locate parts, while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state you will work and a good driving record.
• Parts sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed.
• Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner.
• Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members.
• Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area.
