VIVE Collision in New Castle, DE is seeking an Auto Body Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, receiving and distribution, collaborating with estimators and technicians to keep the repair process moving.

The role requires experience in collision repair parts, knowledge of CCC ONE, strong communication and multi-tasking skills; the shop offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity
• Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements
• Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors
• Monitor Deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if needed
• Drive parts-related KPI’s
• Mirror match part orders to corresponding repair orders
• Inspect and check in parts, identify damage upon delivery
• Monitor Deliveries
• All other duties assigned

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, shop distribution quality checking, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for parts-related issues within the shop.
