Job summary

VIVE Collision of Lehigh Valley in Allentown, PA seeks a Parts Coordinator to join our collision repair team. This full-time role focuses on ordering, receiving, processing, and distributing parts while coordinating with estimators and technicians to resolve parts-related issues.

You will manage deliveries, verify accuracy, and help drive KPIs. Prior collision repair parts experience and automotive parts knowledge are important; CCC ONE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity.
• CCC ONE software experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to read and understand estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements
• Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors
• Monitor Deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if needed
• Drive parts-related KPI’s
• Mirror match part orders to corresponding repair orders
• Inspect and check in parts, identify damage upon delivery
• Monitor Deliveries
• All other duties assigned
