Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity – reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
