The Parts Specialist provides high-quality service to retail and installer customers and supports store management in various tasks.

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow and promote all customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
2. Greet customers promptly and assist in merchandise selection.
3. Assist with serving professional customers as needed.
4. Complete relevant company training.
5. Provide excellent phone service, including answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and promoting company guarantees.
6. Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions accurately.
7. Handle exchanges and returns courteously and according to policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
9. Assist with store image updates, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
10. Perform operational tasks like merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts.
11. Operate store equipment after training.
12. Perform in-store services (e.g., wiper installation, battery testing, vehicle code scanning) where legal.
13. Drive delivery vehicle as needed, meeting driving eligibility requirements.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Desired Qualifications
