Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Waynesville, MO. You will assist the Auto Painter, prepare vehicles for painting, and help with sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to keep the workflow efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling and bending.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Assist with sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace for safety and efficiency.
