Caliber Collision South Bay is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to prepare vehicles for painting, assist the Auto Painter, and help maintain the paint booth and workspace. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in paint operations in a collision center
• Able to lift objects and perform physical work
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to ensure efficient workflow
