Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Colorado Springs for efficient vehicle prep in collaboration with the Auto Painter. Duties include sanding, buffing, and booth maintenance to support a smooth workflow. Must help in safe, thorough repairs per Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.

The position offers hourly pay with benefits from day one, weekly pay, potential overtime, and growth opportunities within a production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter
• Assist with sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace
• Support efficient workflow and safe, thorough repairs under OEM and Caliber standards
