Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper in Colorado Springs, CO, to support painting operations and keep the workflow smooth. You will assist in sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth while helping prepare vehicles for paint with precision.

We value a minimum of 1 year in paint operations within a collision center; candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid license. Training, growth, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: collision experience or VO-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Sand and buff as needed; maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and efficiently in line with Caliber and OEM standards.
