Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper at our Dallas service center to assist the Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Duties include sanding, buffing, and keeping the paint booth in proper condition while ensuring adherence to Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, thoroughness, and productive collaboration in a production shop.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for manual tasks in a production environment.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with Auto Painter.
• Assist with sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace in clean, organized condition.
• Support Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow and quality work.
