Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Painter Helper in Fort Worth. This role supports the Auto Painter to prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding and buffing, while maintaining the paint booth and workspace to ensure a smooth workflow.

You will help repair vehicles safely and thoroughly per Caliber and OEM standards using our advanced equipment. We offer benefits from day one, weekly pay with overtime eligibility if hourly, paid vacations and holidays, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in paint operations in a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy coverage.
• Nice to have: prior collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Auto Painter and prepare vehicles for painting including sanding and buffing.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace for safe, efficient operation.
• Follow Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.
