Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow. Duties include sanding and buffing and maintenance of the paint booth and workspace.

The Auto Painter Helper will assist in repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and per Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of repetitive motion and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting with sanding and buffing.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Assist Auto Painter to ensure efficient workflow and quality results.
