Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper in Beverly Hills to assist the Auto Painter by preparing vehicles for painting and keeping the workspace clean and efficient. The role includes sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in paint operations, is at least 18, and holds a valid driver’s license. Training opportunities and career growth are available at Caliber.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have: collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Assist Auto Painter to prepare vehicles for painting
• Sand and buff as needed and maintain paint booth and workspace
• Repair vehicles in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment
