Job summary

USAA is seeking a Product Development Manager for the P&C Auto area. This remote-eligible role in the continental U.S. collaborates with a team to monitor product performance and insights, while supporting new product development and enhancements across markets.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle. Some on-site work is required for nearby offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
Experience in Actuarial, Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations or related military experience is valued.
Solid research, data compilation and trend analysis to support product decisions.

Responsibilities

Participates in developing digital first products that address member needs and risks.
Supports development and launch of innovative product offerings and enhanced features.
Advises on launch decisions to buy/build or partner and guides documentation and fulfillment.
Analyzes data to support product strategy, performance monitoring and competitive intelligence.
Ensures compliance with laws and regulations with control partners.
