Job summary

HL Mando America Corporation seeks an Account Manager for MESA Sales 4 (HKMC) to oversee OEM accounts, drive mass production and new program development, and coordinate with engineering on orders and pricing. You will shape pricing strategies, analyze cost impacts, and monitor sales plans to ensure North American growth.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, finance, and supply chain, with domestic and international travel as needed, and a strong background in automotive OEM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with OEM automotive customers preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage mass production and new program development activities.
• Support new product development with engineering teams.
• Review, process, and distribute customer engineering orders.
• Establish and manage sales pricing strategies.
• Analyze cost impacts and pricing adjustments for E.O.s.
• Develop and monitor sales plans (Plan vs. Actual).
• Track OEM production schedules and align with forecasting.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Prepare monthly reports on HKMC sales in North America.
• Manage customer communication and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
