Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team handling basic automotive diagnostics and repairs. You will learn to diagnose and service brakes, suspensions, cooling systems, exhaust, and electrical issues while performing routine maintenance and tire-related tasks.

Responsibilities also include oil changes, tire maintenance, and component installations with road testing to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Must learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install tires, batteries, shock absorbers and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify proper operation.
