Qualifications

• Two or more years in collections.
• Auto-finance/consumer lending collections preferred.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage auto-loan accounts from early delinquency through repossession referral.
• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound customer communications.
• Identify delinquency causes and propose account-resolution options.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines and track payments.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and changes.
• Use skip-tracing and account research methods to locate customers.
• Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases when appropriate.
