• Handle high volume of inbound/outbound customer communications.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor promises.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and changes.
• Conduct skip-tracing to locate customers and update contacts.
• Provide courteous service to customers, dealers, and internal teams.
