• Ability to pass state examinations to become licensed adjuster.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation claims per office procedures.
• Determine coverage and draft reservations of rights letters.
• Conduct investigations by securing statements and documents.
• Litigation management with defense counsel and experts.
• Maintain a diary on all open files and reserve properly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
