The ideal candidate will have a college degree or 5 years of claims adjusting experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex claims processes effectively. Qualifications

• Required: College Degree and/or 5 years of applicable claims adjusting experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass written examinations as required by state statutes.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation claims in accordance with established office procedures.
• Determine coverage and draft applicable reservations of rights letters.
• Conduct prompt investigations by securing statements and obtaining necessary documents.
• Maintain claim files and document all claim activity per regulations.
• Prepare and present claim evaluations for appropriate settlement authority.
