Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process low level PD and 1st party auto liability claims to determine benefits.
• Develop and coordinate action plans for resolution and return-to-work efforts.
• Approve and process assigned claims per client contract and determine benefits due.
• Administer subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate claim actions with claimant and client.
• Ensure claim files are properly documented and coded.
• May process lifetime medical or defined period medical claims per utilization review decisions.
• Maintain professional client relationships.
