Qualifications

• Education and licensing as described in the posting.
• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Nationwide jurisdiction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Processes low level general liability claims by gathering information and assigning reserves.
• Develops action plans for resolution and return-to-work efforts.
• Approves and processes assigned claims and administers client contracts.
• Administers subrogation and negotiates settlements.
• Communicates claim actions with claimants and clients.
• Maintains proper documentation and coding of claims.
