Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Claims Representative for the Marlton, NJ area with a hybrid schedule. The role involves processing low level PD and 1st party auto liability claims to determine benefits due, and ensuring adjudication within company standards.

Ideal candidate possesses a High School diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications. Two years of claims experience and East Coast jurisdiction knowledge are desired.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes low level PD and 1st party auto liability claims to determine benefits due.
• Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices.
• Identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements with general supervision.
• Maintain professional client relationships.
• Communicate claim action with claimant and client; ensure proper documentation and coding.
• May process low-level lifetime medical and/or defined period medical claims as needed.
