Job summary

PenFed Credit Union is hiring a Hybrid Auto Growth Enablement Analyst across Tysons, VA; San Antonio, TX; Omaha, NE; Papillion, NE; or Eugene, OR to support Auto Lending growth through analysis, coordination, documentation, reporting, and readiness activities.

The role translates strategies into actionable plans, maintains tools and routines, and partners with internal teams to improve product delivery, partner support, origination performance, and member experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, operations, or related field.
At least 2 years of analytical experience in financial institutions, consumer finance, auto lending, or operations.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects, process improvements, reporting, or operational readiness.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience using AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support growth enablement initiatives that advance Auto Lending expansion and execution readiness.
Develop, maintain, and update processes, tools, trackers, and routines for consistent execution.
Prepare communications, status updates, and meeting materials to align stakeholders on priorities.
Support operational readiness for new product features, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
Coordinate documentation, tracking, and follow-up items related to compliance and risk items.
Document operational impacts of growth initiatives including procedures and reporting needs.
