Job summary

PenFed Credit Union is hiring a Hybrid Auto Growth Enablement Analyst to support Auto Lending growth priorities through analysis, coordination, documentation, reporting, and operational readiness activities across multiple locations including San Antonio, TX.

The role focuses on translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product delivery and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, operations, or related field required.
• At least two years of analytical experience in financial institutions, consumer finance, auto lending, or operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects, process improvements, or reporting; knowledge of credit union environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow through on assigned responsibilities, and support execution across areas of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; experience with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support growth enablement initiatives to advance Auto Lending product expansion and execution readiness.
• Develop, maintain, and update processes, tools, trackers, and routines for consistent execution.
• Prepare communications, status updates, and meeting materials to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Support operational readiness for new product features, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
• Assist with documentation, tracking requests, and coordination of compliance and legal items.
• Document operational impacts of growth initiatives and launch readiness considerations.
• Maintain knowledge of auto lending portfolios, workflows, and key metrics.
• Analyze competitor behavior and market trends to identify insights and improvements.
• Collaborate with pricing, strategy, operations, compliance, audit, and technology teams.
• Coordinate updates and approval tracking for policies and program materials.
• Develop awareness of industry dynamics and market opportunities shaping growth priorities.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and manage assigned priorities.
