Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Quantitative Analysis Lead to drive auto lending growth. This fully onsite role is based in Omaha, Nebraska, or McLean, Virginia, and focuses on acquisition, refinancing, and cross-sell campaigns.

You will partner with marketing, product, and lending teams to optimize campaigns and portfolio performance. The role requires strong analytics in auto lending, segmentation expertise, and proficiency with Python and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative/campaign analytics within auto lending
• Strong understanding of auto lending customer segmentation including propensity and loan behavior
• Experience leading acquisition and marketing campaign analytics and translating data into targeting strategies
• Experience analyzing auto loan portfolio performance across originations, balances, prepayments, delinquency, churn, conversion, profitability
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, lending, BI, and data science teams
• Proficiency with Python and Snowflake for analysis, segmentation, reporting, and workflow automation, plus KPI dashboards

Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative analytics supporting auto loan acquisition, refinancing, cross-sell, and portfolio growth.
• Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies using credit profiles, loan behavior, vehicle lifecycle and purchase/refinance propensity.
• Analyze auto lending portfolio and campaign performance across originations, balances, conversion, prepayment, delinquency, churn and profitability.
• Partner with marketing, product, and lending teams to design, evaluate, and optimize targeted auto lending campaigns.
• Translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations to improve member acquisition, conversion, retention, and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with BI and data science teams on analytics initiatives while providing business and quantitative perspective.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automate data collection, segmentation, and reporting workflows using Python and Snowflake.
