Job summary

PenFed Credit Union is hiring an Auto Growth Enablement Analyst in a hybrid capacity across multiple locations, including Eugene, OR. You will support growth priorities in auto lending through analysis, coordination, documentation, reporting, and readiness activities to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, operations, or related field required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of analytical experience in financial institutions, consumer finance, consumer banking, auto lending, unsecured lending, or operations is required.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects, process improvements, reporting, or operational readiness activities preferred; knowledge of credit union environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow through on responsibilities, and support execution across areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support growth enablement initiatives that advance Auto Lending product expansion, operational scalability, and execution readiness.
• Develop, maintain, and update processes, tools, trackers, and routines to help teams execute growth strategies with consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare communications, status updates, meeting materials, and follow-up items to keep stakeholders aligned on priorities.
