Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Driveway Inventory Specialist in Medford, OR to support vehicle inventory operations, process transactions, verify financial information, and maintain accurate vehicle records across multiple systems. You’ll review liens, manage equity payments, post entries, and assist with reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong data entry, advanced Excel, and attention to detail are essential; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting is preferred with 2–4

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong data entry and Excel skills required.
• Experience with multiple systems and data reconciliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle inventory transactions and post accounting entries.
• Review, verify, and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.
• Process daily customer equity payments, including ACH and checks.
• Manage lien payoff transactions and ensure timely processing.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize data for reporting and decisions.
• Perform quality audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Research and reconcile exceptions with detailed documentation.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
