Confie and its family of companies in Baldwin Park, CA is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to grow into homeowners and health insurance. You will drive growth by acquiring new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, using a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required (we’ll support you in obtaining one).
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Understand client needs and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions, deposits, and documentation in the agency system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Help clients choose insurance products that fit their needs.
