Confie, a leading insurance broker with a family of brands, is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto policies to new and existing customers. Location is on-site, with uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a strong growth trajectory.

The perfect candidate will have a sales or customer service background, be bilingual in English/Spanish, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers and maintain follow-ups.

Responsibilities
