Allcat Claims Service LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Auto Insurance Adjuster for an in-office, full-time role. You will assess auto claims, determine coverage, investigate losses, and negotiate settlements.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and an Insurance Adjuster license with at least 1 year of customer contact experience. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and related claims experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(K) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have an Insurance Adjuster's license and pass the licensing exam.
• At least 1 year of customer contact experience and strong customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree and current Casualty Adjuster License preferred; more claims experience is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

You must pass a licensing exam within a designated number of attempts and can become licensed in all applicable states.* 1 year of customer contact experience.* Strong customer service, communication, organizational skills.* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and easily acclimates to changes in process/systems for overall improvement of the organization.* Must be accurate and detail oriented.* Ability to learn new technologies.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s degree* Current Casualty Adjuster License* 1+ years of claims investigation, adjusting and resolution.* 2+ years of customer service experience* Working knowledge and understanding of the auto claims contract as well as application of case law, state laws and regulations.## Training RequirementsEmployees attending training are expected to meet Allcat's established standards for performance, attendance, and conduct.
