Job summary

Safelite is hiring a Technician Trainee in Utah who will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician. The program leads to Safelite SafeTech certification and hands-on experience in glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations.

The trainee will learn through hands-on and classroom training, observe and assist in installations, and study to pass tests to become Safelite-certified. Growth opportunities and a strong benefits package support a lasting career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and complete diagnostic testing.
