Job summary

Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to join our team in Florida. Roles may be filled at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician level based on experience and certifications. You will provide glass repair/replacement, recalibration, and customer service with Safelite’s tools and processes.

Senior and Master levels include mentoring responsibilities and leadership opportunities. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to operate company vehicle.
• Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and manage customer interactions.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master levels may mentor others and share best practices.
