Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Proven experience as Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services safely and efficiently.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and diagnose issues.
• Operate Safelite tools and manage customer orders and administration.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices.
• Adhere to policies and safety standards.
