Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1+ years in vehicle glass installation/repair/recalibration or related automotive service
• Senior/Master level requires 3+ / 5+ years respectively with mentoring ability

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop
• Clean customer vehicles after every job
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS)
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote products/services
• Senior/Master to mentor and support other technicians
• Perform other duties and comply with policies
