Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle glass installation, repair, replacement or recalibration.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services safely and efficiently.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology and maintain customer equipment.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Mentor and coach junior technicians as applicable.
