Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years auto glass installation, repair, replacement or recalibration experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical directions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services safely and efficiently.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and assist with mentoring others.
• Interact with customers via in-person, text, and phone to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety, policy and PPE standards; support other team members as required.
