Job summary

Glass America is hiring Auto Glass Technicians in Manassas. You will replace windshields and window glass on vehicles, either in-shop or on a mobile basis, using proper tools to ensure timely, quality service and accurate documentation.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with 4–6 years of related experience. Growth opportunities exist within The Boyd Group network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4–6 years of related work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Utilizes proper tools and techniques for quality installation services.
• Ensures paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate location.
• Maintains a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
