Job summary

Glass America in Manassas, VA is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass in vehicles, in-shop or on a mobile basis. You’ll use proper tools to deliver quality installations and complete the required paperwork.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 4–6 years of related experience. A valid driver's license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a safe driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform bending motions during installation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and using hand/power tools safely.
• 4–6 years of related auto glass experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Ensure timely, quality installation and proper paperwork.
• Maintain safe driving record and report incidents promptly.
• Assist with glass repairs as needed.
• Load glass in the truck and coordinate with Glass Manager when issues arise.
