Safelite AutoGlass in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced Auto Glass Installation Technician. You will perform glass repair and replacement in shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and customer service.

You will recalibrate automotive safety systems, operate Safelite tools, and communicate with customers to promote Safelite services. This role requires a valid driver's license and SafeTech certification; physical ability to lift items and work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, prioritizing safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and maintain customer records and workflows.
• Communicate with customers in-person, via text, and by phone to promote Safelite services.
