Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop locations. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service while using our industry-leading tools and technology.

You will recalibrate safety systems, drive company vehicles as required, and engage with customers to promote Safelite services. Training and comprehensive benefits support career growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services in shop or mobile shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate tools and technologies Safelite provides, including MRMs and GTS.
• Safely drive company and customer vehicles as needed.
• Communicate with customers in-person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.

Education
